Is it possible to change my order online?
It is unfortunately not possible to change your order, when your order is confirmed. If you need to make changes in your order after it is confirmed please contact our customer service on e-mail: info@sisters-point.dk or by phone +45 86 75 33 00. If you need to add something to your order please place a new order online.

Is my order shipped?
As soon your order leaves our stock we'll send you an email with you invoice informations and a track & Trace, so you can track your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a track & trace number so you are always capable of tracking you order.
I haven't received the correct order
If your delivery note stated different than the delivered please contact our costumer service on e-mail: info@sisters-point.dk or by phone +45 86 75 33 00. Please have your order number ready - then we will do our best to help you.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
Our delivery time is 3-5 days outside Denmark
How can I pay for my order?
We take following payments:

Is it safe to order online?
We use security-approved systems for your order and payment. That means we always offer the highest possible security to you as a customer. We use the best encryption software on the market, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This encrypts sensitive information such as name, address and credit card information. In other words; all the information sent between your computer and our website can not be read by others. This technology includes the following:
- Authentication: Your browser knows that your data is sent to the correct server and that the server is secure
- Encryption: Your data is encrypted so it can only be read by the secure server through a technology called SSL
- Data integrity:The transferred data is checked to ensure that it hasn't been changed
When are you charging my account?
We don't charge anything until your order is being shipped from our stock.
My payment was not approved
If your payment wasn't approved we won't charge your account and your order is not approved. If something is wrong with your payment you will immediately get a message on your screen.
What is a voucher?
A voucher is a code that gives you a discount online. You can get a voucher if you sign up for our newsletter.
How do I use my voucher?
Your voucher is unique and must be entered before you pay for your order.
I forgot to use my voucher
If you didn't entered your voucher before paying for your order it is not possible to do it afterwards. Instead you can use it the next time you are shopping at sisterspoint.com
How do I return my order?
We do not offer return labels on orders outside Denmark. If you want to return your order or a part of it, please fill out the return form and send the package to:

Remember to keep your postal receipt just in case something happens to the package while being shipped. Please note, we only refund shipping costs in case of claims.
Exchange
We do not exchange - if you need a different item or size, please return your item and place a new order.
Claims - the product I received is damaged
If you think the item you received are damaged, you must return the item to us in the same condition as you received it as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery. You must contact our costumer service regarding your claim. Please have the following information ready: Your order number, the product's name or number and information about the error.
Wrong product
If you have received an incorrect item, we apologize and ask you to return the item as soon as possible so the amount can be refunded. Note that we can not exchange a wrong item. Instead, make a new order through the webshop.
Have you received my return order?
Up to 10 business days may occur before we receive and process your returned goods. If it takes longer please contact customer service. Please be aware that in case your package is lost and the shipping company needs extra time to locate it, we apply 14 days before repayment.
