If you wish to return your order you must fill out the enclosed return form and return the package to us. We do not refund your shipping costs.

When we receive your package we check the product(s) and we will refund the amount, you have paid for the product(s). Please note - We do not refund your shipping costs.

We will provide your refunds with the same payment method used by you for the original transaction.

You always have two years of warranty. The amount of the item will be refunded as soon as possible after we have received your returned item, provided that the complaint is justified and timely. Remember to complete and enclose the return form that came with your invoice and fill out the section on complaint for faster expedition.
